With a van, you have to drive your belongings from your old house to your new house, unpack them, sort them, repack some of them into your car or another van, drive them to a storage facility, and unpack them yet again. With moving storage, you simply designate one of your moving pods as storage, and when you call for the rest of your belongings, specify that you want it left at the storage facility. * If there will be a delay between moving out of your old house and into your new house, moving storage makes it easy to kep your possessions in storage until you are ready for them. The moving company holds the pods at their warehouse, and you are free to come and open the pod if you find that you need something you put in storage. When you have the keys to your new house, you call the moving company, and they bring your belongings right to your front door.
